Private Yoga​

One to One Yoga is an intimate session where the student can really feel accommodated, acknowledged and most comfortable. Their specific needs being paid close attention.   I teach from complete novice to the more experienced student;  Pregnancy to Post-Natal Yoga fitness, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for weight-lifters & Sports, Yoga for weight-loss & Corrective exercise fitness to help with posture & spinal disorders, knee troubles, hip imbalances and strengthening & alignment of the feet.


Private yoga guidance is a special choice and one that can really help advance & refine ones practice, tone the body, increase flexibility/ mobility, trim down body fat, encourages deeper relaxing energizing breathing patterns as lung capacity is maximised.  Really good for releasing strained backs relieving all over body pains that amount from our everyday lives, corrects musculoskeletal imbalances, lowers stress and anxiety.


* Yoga Sessions can be carried out in Work Office Spaces or Residential

Each pose is broken down into little steps, there is no rush to get from A to Z... building strength, flexibility, calm, humility, integrity and patience toward arriving at each posture is an intricate staircase of great detail and wonder at each step.... as you enter into your own being.... It is a beautiful journey and one to own..

My Yoga Teaching style


I am a traditionally Vinyasa Style trained Teacher so my background involves a practice that is athletic, diverse in all traditional Yoga Postures and flowing.  Repetitively structured sequenced movements that move toward enjoyable playful peak poses that invite more challenge and depth to your sessions.  My scope has gravitated toward ecstatic dance movements to release the mind and warm the body, breath-work, meditation, chanting and close attention to alignment that is specific & complimentary to your own body structure. We will build strength in each pose.  Teaching safe and progressive Yoga is of great importance to me - Yoga blocks, straps and various props will be used at every stage of the practice.

I appreciate the precision of Iyengar but also allowing for the student to find their own perfect seat of posture that is most rewarding as everybody has a different frame.  Kundalini Yoga is a powerful practice that involves all of the human body to strengthen from the inside out - I have integrated the essences of these teaching methods into my sessions & classes - I aim to reach each student at their point of need and to help them find a balance in their own body - merrily playing your guide as I lead you to your own greatmess.  I truly believe there is no once size fits all when it comes to Yoga and there must be no pressure, but plenty adventure






Yoga Classes

Classes will involve learning to breath deeply using physical techniques & exercises, stretching the body using a plethora of Postures to relieve aching muscles and relax the body.  Discovering your body in new and interesting ways while toning it and revitalizing all your energies. Your spirit, your emotions, your heart and your mind all need refreshment -  I will teach yoga philosophies & anecdotes that have opened my heart up along the way and continue to , these can be appreciated by even the most skeptical of student as they surely apply to the human walk and can be taken back into the world and used in everyday life, no need to be become a complete convert!

Whether you are stressed, exhausted, feeling wrenched by existence, tight muscles needing maintenance, simply just enjoy yoga or a little curious.  All is up to you, there is something to gain for all who approach the mat with an open mind and with good intention of ones betterment.
